Hi there, I’m Rachael Woolley.
A Mindset and Transformational Coach.
Just like you, I spent much of my life feeling unworthy, struggling with confidence and crippled by fear and anxiety.
I spent my life doing what I thought I “should” be doing. Focusing on getting good grades in school, going to university and getting an excellent job.
I absolutely loved my job, as a physiotherapy but started to lose my way.
I kept pursing the next promotion or course and failed. I had all these plans, hopes and dreams but could not accomplish them and kept stalling. It led me to wonder why I could not get my life together.
I THOUGHT THIS IS NO WAY TO LIVE! I REALISED LIVING IN FEAR & WORRY IS NOT LIVING.
I DECIDED in that moment I would do WHATEVER it took to beat my fear of judgement, rejection & failure. To stop believing I was not worthy or good enough to sharing my opinion…..
…..no matter how long it took, whatever the cost or emotional energy it took.
After repeatedly suffering from mental and emotional overwhelm due to my perfectionism and people-pleasing which drove me to a state of over-working until burnout ensued and my mental health deteriorated.
I KNEW SOMETHING NEEDED TO CHANGE.
Discovering the world of personal development where I realised how my limited confidence, being bullied and not setting boundaries was impacting my wellbeing.
I know first-hand that change IS possible and starts from within.
As I uncovered who I REALLY was, began to slowly heal my story, past wounds, quiet the inner critic, and allowed myself to experience the emotions around fear, perfectionism and bullying.
It was like the fog has been lifted & I realised that all these years I’d seen myself as ‘broken’, and tried ways to ‘fix’ myself. The security I had always sought was already within me, built-in, already a part of me. I broke the cycle of unwanted anxious behaviour, stopped wearing masks & pretending I was someone I was not.
Began to voice my opinion and no longer fear judgement. I learnt to slow down, reconnect with my inner wisdom and know exactly what I wanted.
My mind is clearer. Living in the present.
Taking challenges head on and know difficult situations won’t affect me as much. It does happen sometimes since we are all human. We have our up and downs.
I went from emotionally overwhelmed, worn out and people-pleasing perfectionist. Frequently stressed and stuck in the burnout cycle in pursuit of my goals. Which affected my confidence and amplified my worry and anxiety.
To completely changing my life around, moving countries and having the confidence to effectively communicate and felt worthy of voicing my opinion by starting my own business. I also dropped the medication I was taking.
Now helping professional women feel less stressed, set supportive boundaries and pursue their goals to bring their vision into a reality.
I am passionate about helping them get deeply acquainted with how the mind works, forgive their past, own their story and quiet the inner critic. So they can stop spinning, feel confident in what to do next and where to focus their time, attention and energy.
