Hi there, I’m Rachael Woolley.

A Mindset and Emotional Wellbeing Coach for Stress-Relief, Burnout and Self-Worth Coaching.

Just like you, I spent much of my life feeling unworthy, struggling with confidence and crippled by fear and anxiety.

I spent my life doing what I thought I “should” be doing. Focusing on getting good grades in school, going to university and getting an excellent job.

I absolutely loved my job, as a physiotherapy but started to lose my way.

  • Overcommitting to prove my significance and be recognised.
  • Questioning myself and doubting my abilities.
  • Holding myself back from speaking up and sharing my opinion because I felt defeated and unheard.
  • Criticising myself that I often felt unworthy and insignificant.
  • Started to not feel valued or appreciated for the work I was doing.

I spent my life doing what I thought I “should” be doing. Focusing on getting good grades in school, going to university and getting an excellent job.

I THOUGHT THIS IS NO WAY TO LIVE! I REALISED LIVING IN FEAR & WORRY IS NOT LIVING.

I DECIDED in that moment I would do WHATEVER it took to beat my fear of judgement, rejection & failure. To stop believing I was not worthy or good enough to sharing my opinion….. 

…..no matter how long it took, whatever the cost or emotional energy it took.

After repeatedly suffering from mental and emotional overwhelm due to her perfectionism and people-helping-pleasing which drove me to a state of over-working until burnout ensued and her mental health deteriorated.

I KNEW SOMETHING NEEDED TO CHANGE.

Discovering the world of personal development where I realised how my limited confidence, being bullied and not setting boundaries was impacting my wellbeing.

I know first-hand that change IS possible and starts from within.

As I uncovered who I REALLY was, began to slowly heal my story, past wounds and allowed myself to bring up & experience the emotions around fear, perfectionism and bullying. 

It was like the fog has been lifted & I realised that all these years I’d seen myself as ‘broken’, and tried ways to ‘fix’ myself. The security I had always sought was already within me, built-in, already a part of me. I broke the cycle of unwanted anxious behaviour, stopped wearing masks & pretending I was someone I was not.

Began to voice my opinion and no longer fear judgement. I learnt to slow down, reconnect with my inner wisdom.

My mind is clearer. Living in the present.

Taking challenges head on and know difficult situations won’t affect me as much. It does happen sometimes since we are all human. We have our up and downs. 

I went from emotionally overwhelmed, worn out and people-helping-pleasing perfectionist which lead to being overwhelmed, stressed and eventually lead to burnt out. Which affected my confidence and amplified my worry and anxiety.

To completely changing my life around, moving countries and having the confidence to effectively communicate and felt worthy of voicing her opinion by starting my own business. I also dropped the medication I was taking.

Now helping professional women build a happy balanced work-life with effective communication to speak up, say now & set supportive boundaries.

Rachael Woolley is a stress-relief and self-worth coach for professional women who are ready break-free from emotional overwhelm, stress and self-criticism so they can navigate uncomfortable emotions, start saying no, get their energy back, be more effective at work and “switch off” for guilt-free fun.

After being unable to realise her dream as an athlete, she started her career as a physiotherapist. However, her perfectionism, never feeling good enough, people-pleasing drover her into a state of over-working until burnout ensured and her mental health deteriorated. Eventually, she started to heal the mental and emotional overwhelm, uncover her worth and clear her overactive mind. It allowed her to prioritise what matters most, confidently speak up, start her first business and drop the medication. Accept her imperfections and rediscover her passion for nature and the outdoors.

As she finally discovered her answers, she knew she needed to help other women and her business was born. The reality is, there will never be the “right” time for you to invest in your desires, future and dreams. There will never be a better time than right now for you to start taking action. Making any changes in your life can feel scary; I’ve been there too. If you want it then make time for it, I truly believe it is as simple as that. What is the quality of a happy balanced work-life worth? What is your self-worth, self-confidence and well-being worth?

HOW DO I KNOW IT’S WORTH THE MONEY?

That is a great question. How many “free” things have you downloaded on the internet to help you get out of your rut, build confidence or combat overwhelm/burnout? If you’re anything like I was, too many to remember. They all just sit in that email box, some unopened but all with intentions of one day. Paying for coaching, a place for you to share your desires, dreams and difficulties, there is nothing like it, it took me a long time to figure that out.
