Hey, I’m Rachael

I’M A MINDSET AND EMOTIONAL WELLBEING COACH focusing on STRESS-MANAGMENT AND BURNOUT COACHING. LOVE NATURE AND THE OUTDOORS.

I have the privilege of working with professional women and entrepreneurs to combat emotional overwhelm and rise above stress by becoming aware of self-sabotaging behaviour, negative thought patterns and breaking free from self-criticism and reframing negative stories so they can get their energy back and have work satisfaction without ending up in physical or mental burnout.

After being unable to realise my dream as an athlete, I alternatively started my career in Physiotherapy. My perfectionism, not feeling good enough and people-helping-pleasing drove me to a state of over-working until emotional overwhelmed then burnout ensued. This amplified my anxiety and affected my confidence. After I started to identify and heal the internal and external stressors that were causing the overwhelm, embrace my imperfections, uncover my worth and clear my overactive mind. It allowed me to confidently speak up, start my first business and drop the medication.

With my support I can help you move beyond limiting stories and beliefs, manage the mind chatter – shift self-doubt, stop worrying, second-guessing and questioning your capabilities. Access your self-worth and stop fearing negative feedback so you can communicate more effectively, establish boundaries, be more effective at work with ample energy for your pursuits and loved ones outside the workplace.

Rachael is certified as a Transformational Coach, Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistics Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy® and Master NLP Coach. She holds a BSc in Physiotherapy and Sport & Exercise Science.
